Allan R. Adelson, President of CFM, has been in the real estate business for over fifty year and has had almost one hundred properties and totaling over 7,000,000 square feet under his management. He is also a renown real estate developer. Recently, he teamed up with national and international development companies to develop the 25-story ultra-luxury Bristol Condominium complex in West Palm Beach, Florida. The condominium tower features 69 condominiums ranging in price from $5 million to over $40 million and offers views of the intercoastal, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
Garrett Middlekauff, Vice President of Operations of CFM, has been in the commercial real estate industry for almost 2 decades. Prior to joining CFM in 2014, Garrett was an active commercial real estate broker, specializing in marketing, lease execution, and investment sales. Garrett conducts the day to day operations of CFM, oversees the accounting staff, and works closely with CFM's facility managers. Garrett's roles include financial reporting to lenders and ownership, lease administration, tenant relations, project management, and leading all new acquisition efforts. Garrett is also a licensed Michigan Real Estate Broker.
